Returns & Withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, in accordance with Slovak law (see the Terms — Obchodné podmienky).

Exceptions (no withdrawal)

• made-to-measure / custom items
• hygiene products
• opened packaging where return is precluded

Condition of returned goods

• undamaged
• unused
• ideally in the original packaging

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days.

Complaints (reklamácie)

You may claim defects within 24 months; complaints are handled within 30 days. Send complaints to [email protected].
