Payment

You can pay by bank transfer, card, cash on delivery (dobierka), or in person (cash / card at the showroom). Card payments are processed securely by Stripe — card details are never stored on our servers.

Payment timing

Cash on delivery is paid on receipt; cashless payments are due within 3 days of the order.

Delivery

We ship across the European Union. Orders can be delivered to your address, to a pick-up point, or collected in person at the showroom. Estimated times and rates are shown at checkout and configured per shipping zone.

Invoice

A VAT invoice is sent to you by e-mail. Prices are shown including VAT.

TARIFF_REVIEW_REQUIRED: final shipping zones, carriers, rates and times are set by the owner in the admin Settings → Shipping.
